Control state administrative management activities in the field of environmental protection

Abstract

This study analyzed general issues related to controlling state management activities and conducts an in-depth analysis of state control activities in the field of environment. The authors introduced concepts of controlling state power in environmental management, principles and forms of controlling state activities in the environmental field and roles of subjects carrying out activities in state management control in the field of environment. From there, the authors proposed some solutions to improve the quality of controlling state administrative management activities in the field of environmental protection.
