Tangible cultural resource in the Western area of Hau river in sustainable tourism development

Abstract

The western region along the Hau River is a melting pot of various cultural influences, ranging from the Oc Eo - Phu Nam culture to Chan Lap, Dai Viet, and Vietnam. This area is home to a diverse population, including Vietnamese, Khmer, Chinese, Cham, and other ethnic groups. The focus of this article is to examine the utilization of tangible cultural resources in the western region of the Hau River for the purpose of sustainable tourism development. Drawing from both primary and secondary sources, the article analyzes and synthesizes the tangible cultural resources in oder to propose solutions for sustainable tourism development.
