Abstract

Legal economics is a well-established field in developed countries, but it is still relatively new in Vietnam. While there are a few articles and research works on this topic in Vietnam, they often have limitations and rely heavily on translating foreign research. However, in order to effectively connect economics and jurisprudence in practice, there needs to be a focus on innovative legal thinking and the importance of legal economics. This is especially relevant in today's globalized and modernized world,  where there are complex interactions between economics and law. This article aims to identify and research the economic aspects of law construction and adjustment in Vietnam.
