Abstract

In the context of the rapid advancement of science and technology, particularly with the development of the digital economy, the flexible working model has become a global trend. This trend has introduced new legal challenges regarding the protection of the rights of employees working under this model. This study analyzes the flexible working model, the relationship between this model and startup companies, and the current state of protecting employee rights within flexible working arrangements in startups. Based on this analysis, the article proposes solutions to improve legal frameworks and enhance the effectiveness of legal implementation in safeguarding employee rights in flexible working models within startup companies.
