Abstract

The 312th Division, Army Corps 12, is a fully manned main-force unit with strong firepower, being built in the direction of “refined, compact, strong,” advancing toward modernization. To meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation, the continued renewal of Party work and political work is an objective requirement and a decisive factor in enhancing the Division’s overall quality, combat strength, level, and combat readiness capability in the new context.
