Building a cultural environment in organizations and communities is an urgent issue today. Especially in press agencies, building a cultural environment has brought good cultural values to social life. Based on practical experiences and document research, the article addresses two main contents. That is the urgency of building a cultural press agency and cultural journalists and applying it to a specific research site, the magazine Environment and Life. From there, initial recommendations are made to improve the quality of building a cultural environment for press agencies in Hanoi city.
