Building

process
of
 using
documents
of
the
Party
and
State
on
 building
a
cultural
family
combined
with
 methods
such
as
propaganda,
education,
setting
 an
example,
school
and
society
to
contribute
 creating
the
work
of
building
a
complete
 cultural
family
in
the
locality.
Research

Da
district.
By
observing
and
accessing
 the
system
of
state
management
documents,
the
 author
has
synthesized
a
number
of
issues
in
 the
coordination
mechanism
between
these
 subjects
to
serve
as
a
basis
for
proposing
better
 management
measures
in
Dong
Da
district,
 Hanoi
city
in
near
future.
