important
component
of
the
intangible

cultural
heritage
associated
with
the
Tam
Phu
(Three
Palaces)
belief,
and
plays
a
vital
role
in
the
spiritual
life
of

local
communities.
These
sacred
sites
are
remarkably
diverse
and
widespread,
encompassing
numerous
well
known
and
revered
locations
throughout
the
province.
The
appropriate
preservation
and
sustainable
promotion

of
these
sites
not
only
respond
to
spiritual
and
cultural
needs
but
also
serve
as
a
potential
catalyst
for
the

development
of
spiritual
tourism.
Such
tourism
activities
can
generate
income
and
contribute
to
job
creation
for

local
residents.
This
paper
examines
the
cultural
and
religious
significance
of
Mother
Goddess
worship
practices

in
 Thanh
Hoa
and
offers
policy‑oriented
suggestions
for
enhancing
the
development
of
spiritual
tourism

associated
with
these
sacred
heritage
sites
in
the
context
of
contemporary
socio‑economic
transformation.
