Some theoretical issues on innovating and streamlining the state apparatus of Vietnam in the era of national rise

Abstract

Innovating the organizational structure and streamlining the apparatus with a view
to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of state management has now become a
historical inevitability, an urgent demand of the Vietnamese revolution in the new period
with the strategic tasks of historic significance. The article focuses on analyzing a number
of theoretical issues on innovating and streamlining the state apparatus of Vietnam in
the era of national rise, forming a solid foundation for consolidating and perfecting the
model of the law-governed socialist State, making the country develop more than ever
