Abstract
With the mission of “Training high-quality human resources in language fields”, The University of Danang - University of Foreign Language Studies (UD-UFLS) always attaches importance to building the best learning environment, practical experience and practice for students. The school always focuses on promoting cooperation with domestic and foreign enterprises to implement training activities, scientific research and serve the community most effectively. However, the cooperation between schools and enterprises requires efforts from both the school and the enterprise. The article mentions the importance of cooperation between schools and enterprises, the current situation from the practice at the Faculty of English for Specific Purposes, UD-UFLS, and at the same time proposes solutions to promote cooperation between schools and enterprises to train human resources with increasingly high quality to meet the needs of enterprises and the labor market, especially in the context of strong globalization as it is today.
