Abstract
In the context of globalization and digital transformation, the demand for human resources with foreign language proficiency in the service–trade–aviation sector, digital skills, and international standards has become increasingly urgent. This paper presents practical experiences and proposes a collaboration model between universities and AHT Company – the investor and operator of Da Nang International Airport Terminal T2 – to bridge the gap between training and practice. In addition to practical initiatives such as paid internships, talent recruitment programs, cooperation agreements, scholarships, and international study tours that support curriculum development, the paper suggests implementation approaches including practice-oriented internships along the operational chain, joint assessment and feedback after internships, and specialized extracurricular activities. The proposed model is expected to enhance students’ English for Specific Purposes (ESP) competence, digital skills, and global adaptability, while enabling enterprises to optimize recruitment and foster sustainable development.
