Abstract

Using the longitudinal tracking method
on male chess athletes aged 11 - 12 in Hanoi city
after 1 year of practice, The research results have
identified the characteristics of the selection tests
for male chess players aged 11 - 12 according to
each age group through the selected tests. The
results of this research will be the scientific basis for
research and development of selection standards
for male chess players aged 11 - 12 in Hanoi city
during the period of deep specialization.
