Abstract

Students at the University in general
are facing many difficulties in learning. Through
selected interview results of chess experts in
teaching and training at pedagogical schools,
it was found that students of the University of
Labor and society are affected by 6 groups of
factors: Motivation, Behavior, Lecturer / subject,
Facilities, Family conditions / personal, Social
factors. In which, 2 factors of Motivation and
Behavior have the highest impact.
