Abstract

Using routine research methods in
Physical Education and Sports, the project has
evaluated the current status of the effectiveness
of hitting the ball quickly in front of the number
3 position of male students of the Banking
Academy volleyball team, and selected 05
assessment tests, building a comprehensive
scoreboard ranked according to 5 levels. On that
basis, the study also selected 15 exercises
divided into two groups that contribute to
improving the technique of hitting the ball
quickly in front at position 3 for the research
subjects. This difference is statistically
significant at the probability threshold P < 0.05.
