One-handed shooting technique on the
spot is one of the contents of assessing students’basketball performance. The article investigates
the factors that affect and restricts commonly
encountered in the process of technical training on
the spot to throw a one-handed basket in basketball
through assessment of the actual situation, from
which to select 09 complementary exercises. in
order to improve technical efficiency on the spot
throwing a one-handed basketball overhead for
students of the University of Labor - Social Affairs
