Abstract

Through basic scientific research
methods in physical education and sports, the
study selected a system of 14 exercises to improve
the effectiveness of the backspin shuttlecock
technique and 6 tests to evaluate the effectiveness
of this technique for male athletes aged 14-15 on
the Hanoi shuttlecock team at the Hanoi Center for
Training and Sports Competition. The application
of these methods in training aims to enhance
the performance of the athletes in competition.
