Abstract
The results of the study have selected 6/6 criteria
to clarify the status of physical education (P.E) at
the HCMC University of Technology and
Education in the period 2009 -2014 including:
duration and content Ensure compliance with
MoET regulations; With 09 teachers, P.E has not
guaranteed the amount of 400 Student/Teacher in
accordance with MoET's regulations;
Expenditures for activities have increased but
have not met the demand, material facilities and
yards have not satisfied the needs of learning and
teaching; the fact that the organization of
extracurricular activities in the past time has not
been properly considered, therefore, the reality
has not met the needs of students. The student
achievement rate of good students is low, ranking
from 1.6% to 2.8%. The average class size 7.3% 10.9%
respectively. Particularly, ranking the
physical
strength of male and female students
according
to MoET standards is not satisfactory,
proving
that the teaching of teaching and learning
at
the HCMC University of Technology and
Education
is still limited and ineffective.
