Abstract

Mankind is witnessing the Fourth Industrial
Revolution at a rapid rate of development, which
demonstrates man's miraculous ability in conquering
nature. In order to overcome the challenges and
make use of the opportunities brought by the
Fourth Industrial Revolution, leaders and
managers of University of Sports play a decisive
role in the school development in the Fourth
Industrial Revolution, on the one hand, improve
the quality of training, scientific research, on the
other hand are the premise to reach out to the
region, the continent and the world.
