Abstract

Abstract: It is necessary to assess the
level of physical training of students majoring in
Pencak Silat in the 3rd year of Sports Training,
Bac Ninh University of Sports through various
training periods. In the process of research, we
have selected the criteria to assess the level of
physical training for students majoring in Pencak
silat in the 3rd year of the Sports Training, Bac
Ninh University of Sports, and simultaneously
developed evaluation criteria of the selected
targets for the research subjects
