By inheriting and developing the thoughts of jurisdiction of humankind, Jean Jacques Rouseau’s thoughts of jurisdiction (1712-1778) had profound humanity, was the most important and direct theory leading to Great Revolution of France 1789. The declaration of human rights and civil rights of the French Revolution is the reflection of Jean Jacques Rousseau's thought of jurisdiction: "People are free and equal in rights"; “The state has responsibility to ensure freedom, private property and security. People have the rights to "resist oppression"; "The supreme power belongs to the people" ... All are still valid for today
