Abstract

Applying V.I. Lenin’s viewpoints in the work "Better fewer, but better", we offer a number of solutions for recruiting lecturers to teach Political theory in universities and colleges today. In particular, we emphasize the importance of paying attention to the quality of recruitment. We give the contribution of theoretical values of the work in order to achieve the optimum efficacy in this work
