Abstract

Building Ho Chi Minh City is increasingly modern civilization, worthy of the region but still retaining its own identity. Under the pressure a mechanical increase in population, many urban-related issues are becoming the focus public opinion that is a concern of managers. The problem is how to manage each urban area well, contributing to the success of urban management in the modern civilized city, the city is worth living and has a good quality of life
