Abstract

In a market economy with many opportunities and challenges, the enforcement of industrial property rights to trademarks is an important task of countries in general and Vietnam in particular. Through the enforcement of industrial property rights to trademarks, the State protects title owners, consumers and business order, creating a fair competition, thereby stimulating business, production development and attracting foreign investments.
