FACTORS AFFECTING STUDENTS SATISFACTION OF VAN LANG UNIVERSITY ON ONLINE LEARNING

Abstract
Recently, under the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the socio-economic situation on a global scale has changed drastically. Facing the above situation, almost all training institutions in the world have switched to online training. The study was conducted to assess the satisfaction of Van Lang University students about online training. The primary and secondary data were synthesized through the form of expert interviews and group discussions combined with the survey of 323 students who studied online. Research results show that there are 6 factors affecting the above satisfaction: 1) Quality of instructors, 2) Perceived behavioral control, 3) Interaction and empathy, 4) Structure of the study program, 5) Online tutorial flexibility, 6) Student’s Expectations
