IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF OFFICERS AND CIVILITIES FOR DIGITAL GOVERNMENT BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT IN VINH LONG PROVINCE

Abstract

Digital conversion is an urgent requirement in the current context, both containing great difficulties and challenges and potentials and opportunities for the outstanding development of countries. Over the past years, Vinh Long province has strengthened the application of information technology, implemented administrative reform, building the digital Government, and piloting the smart urban service. Initially, the efforts of the political system and people have brought practical results, contributing to the overall development of the province. The article focuses on analyzing the achieved and limited results in the process of developing human resources to meet the requirements of building the digital government of Vinh Long province. Thereby, to export some appropriate solutions to improve the quality of the above work in the near future
