THE EFFECT OF SCHOOL SUPPORT ON LECTURERS' ADAPTABILITY IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC (CASE STUDY OF UNIVERSITY OF HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES, VIETNAM NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF HO CHI MINH CITY)

Abstract

The study aims to clarify the relationship between the support factor of the school and the adaptability of the lecturers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh city during the COVID-19 pandemic in addition to other factors such as: Psychology, perception, attitude, ability to use technology of lecturers, level of participation of learners. From the result, the study proposes solutions to improve the adaptability in teaching of VNU-HCM in the changing conditions caused by the epidemic in particular and the change of teaching methods in general
