Abstract
The study aims to clarify the relationship between the support factor of the school and the adaptability of the lecturers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh city during the COVID-19 pandemic in addition to other factors such as: Psychology, perception, attitude, ability to use technology of lecturers, level of participation of learners. From the result, the study proposes solutions to improve the adaptability in teaching of VNU-HCM in the changing conditions caused by the epidemic in particular and the change of teaching methods in general
