The study explores the impact of readiness, course structure on perceived learning outcomes, satisfaction, and motivation of 601 online students using SEM analysis technique. Time management readiness has a strong impact on perceived learning outcome while technical competence has a weak effect. Perceived learning outcome has a strong impact on satisfaction and a lower impact on extrinsic motivation. Satisfaction positively affects extrinsic motivation
