NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITY AND CHALLENGES FROM THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Abstract

Non-traditional security is a challenging issue in the world, including Vietnam. The article initially points out the common perception of non-traditional security and the Fourth Industrial Revolution and sets out for all countries to deal with challenges and risks in national governance for non-traditional security, orienting the law-based state to take advantage of achievements of this revolution and overcome challenges to govern and develop the State in the direction of accelerating, taking a shortcut and anticipating.
