Abstract

Folk art in Vietnam is diverse and rich, and among its many forms, graphic prints stand out. These prints, which include Dong Ho, Hang Trong, Kim Hoang, and Lang Sinh styles, have a long history and are deeply connected to the spiritual life of the Vietnamese people. They have become an integral part of the nation's cultural heritage. This paper employs a combination of synthesis and analysis of research materials to provide a brief overview of the characteristics of Vietnamese folk graphic prints and their application in contemporary design products. It highlights the benefits of preserving traditional art forms in modern applied arts and discusses the role of education and training in fostering a love for national heritage among younger generations
