CONFORMITY OF THE GOODS TO THE CISG 1980 AND SOME NOTICES FOR VIETNAMESE ENTERPRISES

Abstract

In implementing an international contract of trading goods, to fulfill the delivery obligation, the seller needs the coordination in action of the buyer, including determining and checking and announcing the the conformity of the goods. This paper mainly uses the analytical, synthetic and comparative methods to clarify the conformity of goods to the CISG 1980 and the reality of dispute resolution, thereby summarizes some notices for Vietnamese enterprises
