EVALUATION ON APPLICATION OF THE LAW ON LAND ALLOCATION, LAND LEASE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HYDROPOWER PLANTS IN VIETNAM

Abstract

In our country, investors accessing land for investment projects to build hydroelectric power plants must be allocated and leased land by the State.The issues frequently arise conflictions among the Investors-State-People. It is necessary to clarify the practical application of the law on land allocation and land lease for investment in construction of hydropower plants in Vietnam
