REGULATIONS ON THE ROLE OF THE STATE BANK IN CREDIT INSTITUTIONAL VALUATION ACTIVITIES WHEN RESTRUCTURING

Abstract

The State Bank of Vietnam is the agency performing the state management of banking activities and a bank of credit institutions. The process of restructuring credit institutions, along with the valuation of credit institutions in restructuring, cannot ignore the role of the State Bank. The article analyzes the current legal provisions on the role of the State Bank of Vietnam in the valuation of credit institutions in restructuring, from which to propose some solutions to complete the regulations on this subject
