THOROUGHLY GRASPING THE GEOPOLITICAL FACTORS, INVESTING IN EDUCATION - A BREAKING PHASE OF STRATEGY OF DEVELOPING CU CHI DISTRICT, HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

Cu Chi district with the noble title "Steel land and bronze wall" is a locality conferred the title of Hero of The armed forces and Hero of Labor in the renovation period by our Party and State. Right after establishing the Communist Party of Indochina on February 4, 1930, the first Party cell in Cu Chi was established in Tan Phu Trung commune to lead revolutionary activities in the locality. Cu Chi can also be viewed in terms of being the nucleus connecting the center of Ho Chi Minh City with Long An, Tay Ninh and Binh Duong. This article presents the promotion of geopolitical factors and developing education - a breaking phase to bring Cu Chi into a new development opportunity
