Abstract

With the mission: “Training high-quality human resources, doing scientific research and transferring technology for social-economic development; Preserving and promoting the cultural values ​​of the nation”[5]. In recent years, Tay Nguyen University has been constantly improving the quality of the lecturers so that they can satisfy the requirement of the university’s training programs. In addition to the positive changes, improving the quality of the lecturers at Tay Nguyen University also encounters many difficulties. Therefore, based on current difficulties in enhancing lecturers’ quality, this paper aims at investigating solutions to improve the quality of training programs and human resources for social-economic development in general
