Abstract

The article presents the point of view of Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought and the point of view of the Communist Party of Vietnam on building a contingent of intellectuals. On that basis, the article analyzes the current situation of building a team of intellectuals in Lam Dong province in recent years and proposes some basic directions and key solutions to continue building a team of intellectuals in the process industrialization and modernization of Lam Dong province today
