HO CHI MINH’S IDEOLOGY ON THE PROMOTION OF THE VANGUARD AND EXEMPLIFICATION OF CADRES AND PARTY MEMBERS AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN THE CURRENT REVOLUTIONARY STAGE

Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh is the genius leader of the Vietnamese Communist Party and Vietnamese people, a hero of national liberation, and a great man of culture. Throughout his life devoted to the nation’s cause of revolution, he always paid great attention to cadres and party members and the promotion of their vanguard and exemplification. He considered it an objective requirement and a central mandatory task of developing, educating, and training the Party. The article presents the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on promoting the vanguard and exemplification of cadres and party members, thereby drawing valuable lessons and its significance in the current revolutionary stage
