IMPACTS OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ON EMPLOYMENTS AND INCOME AND RESPONSES OF WORKERS IN PHAN THIET CITY - BINH THUAN PROVINCE

Abstract

By quantitative analysis method based on survey data by questionnaire of the topic "Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on labor - employment in Binh Thuan province" with a sample size of 652 employees. This paper describes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on employment and income of workers in Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, workers are considered the most vulnerable population group both in terms of the impact of the pandemic as well as their limited resources in response. In order to cope with the difficulties in life caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to social support, workers have made efforts to implement many different solutions to overcome difficulties
