HAPLOTYPE AND NUCLEOTIDE DIVERSITY OF THE ANABAS GROUPS

Abstract

Genetic diversity of the Anabas groups has been researched based on COI gene. Groups 1 and 3 have the highest haplotype diversity with Hd = 0.933 corresponding to the number of haplotypes in each group of 5, while group 2 has the lowest haplotype diversity with Hd = 0.833 corresponding to the number of haplotypes in the group of 3. Group 2 has the highest nucleotide diversity with Nd = 0.05206 corresponding to the number of mutations in the group of 44, followed by group 1 with Nd = 0.00873 corresponding to the number of mutations in the group of 16. Group 3 has the lowest nucleotide diversity with Nd = 0.00790 corresponds to the number of mutations in the group of 13
