Malaysia’s Experience in Developing the Halal Industry and Lessons for Vietnam

Abstract

The article analyzes the Halal industry in Malaysia , highlighting the difficulties and challenges faced by the Malaysian government, the remedial measures implemented,
and Malaysia's evolution into a global Halal hub. Based on Malaysia's experience and an evaluation of Vietnam's agricultural reality, the research offers strategic recommendations to gradually develop the Halal industry in Vietnam.
