The protection of the right to a private life, family secrets, and personal secrets from a public law perspective

Abstract
Public law plays a vital role in determining the boundaries and limits when the State's intervention is required in maintaining public order and human rights, especially personal rights that can be easily violated, such as the right to a private life, family secrets, and personal secrets. This article analyses the role and provisions of public law in protecting the right to a private life, family secrets, and personal secrets, as well as makes recommendations for improving the law in terms of identifying and ensuring the aforementioned rights.
