CONSISTENCY AMONG PROVISIONS ON CRIMINAL RESPONSILITY OF COMMERCIAL LEGAL ENTITIES UNDER THE 2015 CRIMINAL CODE

Abstract

The paper analyses the inconsitency among provisions on criminal responsibility of commercial legal entities under the 2015 Criminal Code and assesses the amendments and supplements to those provisions of the draft Law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the 2015 Criminal Code in order to overcome the above mentioned inconsitency.  Based on that, it is concluded in the paper that, those amendments and supplements have not yet overcome the inconsitency among provisions on criminal responsibility of commercial legal entities under the 2015 Criminal Code.
