Abstract

The paper raises the issue of comparing the law on corruption prevention and combat of some Asian countries in the context of amending and supplementing the Law on corruption prevention and combat of Vietnam. On the basis of gerenal comparative comments on the most important institutions related to prevention of, and dealing with corruption under the law on corruption prevention and combat of some Asian countries, the paper offers geneal proposals to amend and supplement the 2005 Law on corruption prevention and combat of Vietnam.
