USING THE CASE METHOD IN LLB TRAINING AT HANOI LAW UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The paper introduces the case method, its meaning and the factors affecting the use of the case method in legal training. It assesses the current situation of using the case method and offers some propsals to enhance the effectivess of using the case method in LLB training at Hanoi Law University.
