CURRENT SITUATION OF THE REGULATORY IMPACT ASSESSMENTS IN THE LAW-MAKING PROCESS

Abstract

The paper looks into the current situation of the regulatory impact assessment (RIA) in the Law-making process conducted in the period from the day since the 2008 Law on promulgation of legal normative documents came into force up to now, points out causes of the limitations of the RIA and offers propsals for raising the efficency of the RIA in the coming time.
