Improving the mechanism to organise monitoring of law implemenation in Vietnam at present

Abstract

Monitoring of law implementation is an indispensable task arising in the course of organising law implemention. Although it has been highly appreciated, some components of the mechanism to organise monitoring of law implementation remain inadequate and limited. The paper analyses the academic concepts, assesses the practice and offers some recommendations for improving the mechanism to organise monitoring of law implementation in Vietnam at present.
