Electronic labor contract – Legal provisions and practical situation

Abstract

Electronic labor contract is a new issue regulated in Vietnamese labor law and related to different legal fields. Because there are many new contents revolving around the issue, the interpretation and application of law are not consistent, thus affecting the effectiveness of the law. The article explores, analyzes, and comments on the provisions of labor law and some other laws related to the electronic labor contract, thereby proposing some recommendations to improve the efficiency of law enforcement on the electronic labor contract in Vietnam.
