Improving provisions on mediation and dialogue according to the law on mediation and dialogue at court

Abstract

The 2020 Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court, which went into effect from 01 January 2021, has promoted efficiency in resolving civil and administrative disputes. However, there have been several difficulties and problems in the practical application of this law. Therefore, through studying the practical implementation of the 2020 Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court, the article highlights the results obtained, as well as the existing difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the 2020 Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court, and makes some recommendations on how to improve this law.
