Workplace policies - basis for dismissal

Abstract
Workplace policies are documents issued by employers to establish and maintain discipline within the workplace and are the basis for the application of disciplinary measures in general and dismissal in particular. The 2019 Labor Code and its guiding documents specifically stipulate on workplace policies, creating a legal basis for employers to issue workplace policies that are suitable for their workplace and that can be used as a basis for disciplinary action. However, in practical application, a number of problems arose, leading to possible legal risks. Based on the analysis of the current provisions on workplace policies and the implementation, the article points out the existing problems in these provisions and their practical application, and makes some suggestions for improvement.
