Enhancing whole-online process public service in the context of administrative reform in Vietnam

Abstract

This article clarifies some theoretical aspects of whole-online process public service, concentrating on the definition, characteristics and role of the whole-online process intoadministrative reform; then evaluates the status quo and makes some suggestions to enhance whole-online process quality in Vietnam in the near future. Nowadays, as research for developing whole-online public service is essential for improving the investment climate, serving the people in completing administrative procedures. From there, the article introduces some main directions for establishing and improving the laws and their implementation in this field.
