Vietnam’s penal policies on crimes against public administration and directions for improvement

Abstract

The penal policies on crimes against public administration include the entire approach and directives guiding the development and application of laws handling crimes against public administration. This article studies Vietnam's penal policies on crimes against public administration from 1945 to the present to highlight the development of these policies throughout the years, then makes some recommendations on improving the laws on this group of crimes in the future.
